Use of the Client Portal: Access to this portal is provided exclusively to clients of ShotbyVic for the purpose of reviewing, downloading, and purchasing photography services and prints. Your access credentials are personal and may not be shared with third parties.
Image Licensing
Personal Use: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs delivered through this portal are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes:
Printing for personal display in your home
Sharing on personal social media accounts
Sending to friends and family
Prohibited Uses: Without prior written consent from ShotbyVic, you may not:
Use images for advertising, marketing, promotional materials, or any other commercial purpose
License, sell, or sublicense images to any third party
Submit images to stock photography platforms
Alter, crop, or manipulate images in a way that misrepresents the original work
Remove, obscure, or alter any watermark on proofing gallery images
Social Media & Credit: When sharing delivered images on social media, ShotbyVic appreciates — but does not require — credit via @ic_drones. If you tag us, we may reshare your content on our platforms. You will always be notified before any resharing occurs.
Gallery Access & Expiration: Gallery links are active for a defined period following delivery (typically 60–90 days). ShotbyVic is not responsible for images that are not downloaded before link expiration. It is your responsibility to download and back up your images within the access window.
Gallery links are intended for personal use by the named client and their immediate household. Please do not distribute gallery links publicly.
Print Orders: All print orders placed through the portal are final once submitted. Fulfillment is handled by a third-party print lab. ShotbyVic is not responsible for delays or defects attributable to the print lab, though we will work with you in good faith to resolve any quality issues.
Refunds on print orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a defect or damage.
Payment: Final gallery access is granted upon receipt of full payment. For bookings, a deposit may be required to hold your date; this deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement. Payment terms specific to your booking are outlined in your contract or invoice.
Intellectual Property: All photographs created by ShotbyVic remain the intellectual property of Victor Katona (ShotbyVic), protected under U.S. copyright law. Delivery of images does not constitute a transfer of copyright. ShotbyVic retains the right to use images from any session for portfolio, marketing, promotional purposes, or otherwise unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of Liability: ShotbyVic's liability under these terms is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question. ShotbyVic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or lost profits.
Modifications: ShotbyVic reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to the portal with an updated effective date. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
